SyncPesa is a Technical Software Provider and Information Technology Service operated by PJMask Empire. We are NOT a Bank, Microfinance Institution (MFI), or regulated deposit-taking entity licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK). The balances shown in the app are a digital representation of value held in regulated third-party payment gateways.
Funds collected via M-Pesa STK push will securely process under the till name "PJMask Empire". Escrow funds are held in trust through our primary banking partner, I&M Bank, until governance voting thresholds are met.
When using "Direct Mode," funds are transmitted directly from the Donor's mobile money wallet to the Recipient's wallet. SyncPesa does not touch, hold, or route these funds. We cannot reverse, refund, or freeze these transactions once initiated.
We collect Identity Documents strictly for AML/KYC compliance as per the Data Protection Act, 2019. Data is encrypted and never sold. SyncPesa has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and terrorism financing. We reserve the right to freeze funds and report to the Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) if an account shows indicators of illicit activity.
